Rum Club Inspired Daiquiri Recipe

Like the Dacquiri at Rum Club? Try this recipe for a pretty close replication:

First, gather the following ingredients:

Bacardi 8, Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur, Absinthe Ordinaire, Angostura Bitters, Limes and Demerara Sugar (VERY important that you use this type of sugar).

Combine them in a shaker the following way:

  • 2 oz. Bacardi 8 Rum
  • 3/4 oz. fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 oz. rich simple syrup (2 to 1 ratio of Demerara Sugar to water)
  • 1/4 oz. Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur
  • 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
  • 6 drops Absinthe Ordinaire

Note that the Demerara Sugar will look like this:

And the Absinthe can be applied using an eye dropper:


Shake with ice and pour into a glass- voila!
